VersaDrum bulk melters deliver precise application of hot melt adhesives, sealants and butyls. Modular, non-stick platens, available for 200-liter (55-gal) drums, melt adhesive on top surface of drum only, reducing thermal stress and protecting bonding characteristics. Elimination of dead spaces in hydraulic passages makes VersaDrum melters well-suited for reactive adhesives.

• Choose from smooth platens for moisture-cure, reactive hot melt adhesives or axially-finned platens for high melt rates.
• Use variable speed motors and a variety of pump types and sizes to customize for specific manufacturing requirements.
• Simplify programming with touch-screen interface that displays messages, warnings and indicators for every operator activity and machine status condition.
• Ease daily operation and maintenance with pressure control valves and single-side access for controls and drum changes.
