PatternPro™ Variable Pitch Dispensing Guns
PatternPro hot melt adhesive dispensing guns include a pivoting module design that significantly reduces product changeover time in traymaking, wraparound side gluing and cartoning.
- Vary patterns on-line with pivoting modules that rotate up to 360 degrees, allowing quick product changeovers.
- Obtain closer bead-to-bead positioning than stacked module guns.
- Speed installation with compact size that accommodates tight mounting constraints.

H-20 Series Guns
H-20 Series guns provide consistent bead deposition in high-flow, intermittent product assembly applications using high-viscosity hot melt adhesives and other filled thermoplastic materials.

Large Ball-and-Seat (LBS) Gun
- Handle high-viscosity or filled materials using large bore fittings and a larger ball-and-seat. Ideal for drum melters, the H-20 LBS accommodates 5/16- and 5/8-inch hose diameters.
Micro-Adjust Gun
- Use for balancing flow rates when adjustment is critical for precise bead size.
- Adjust adhesive flow without changing hydraulic pressure.
Filtered Gun
- Remove char and contaminants that can inhibit flow and clog nozzles.

SolidBlue™ Hot Melt Dispensing Guns
SureBead guns feature EasyOn™ module mounting and produce high-quality adhesive patterns with virtually clog-free operation. Reduced cavity guns are ideal for packaging and product assembly applications using aggressive hot melt adhesives.
SureBead hot melt dispensing guns are available in two styles:
- SureBead S gun: Air-open/spring-close (AO/SC) with needle and seat and removable RC Saturn® nozzle.
- SureBead A gun: Air-open/air-close (AO/AC) with needle and seat and removable RC Saturn nozzle.
