Основана през 1990 г., към настоящия момент дейността на фирмата е съсредоточена в офисите ѝ в градовете Пловдив и София.

Основната й дейност е съсредоточена в доставката на машини, оборудване, автоматизация на производствени процеси и доставка на химически материали за сферата на индустрията: хранително вкусова, опаковъчна, обработка на метали, производството на битови електроуреди и други.
